Desean K. Terry is a highly accomplished theatre artist, serving as co-artistic director of Collaborative Artist Bloc, a company dedicated to bringing socially impactful art to underserved communities in Los Angeles. He is an actor, director, and educator, and is the founder of The Last Acting Studio.

He has received numerous awards for his stage work, including being twice nominated by the NAACP, and has directed plays such as Behind the Mask, James Baldwin's Blues for Mr. Charlie, George C. Wolfe's The Colored Museum, and Suzan Lori Parks' Imperceptible Mutabilities in the Third Kingdom. He recently directed Gunshot Medley: part 1 by Dionna Michelle Daniel. Additionally, he portrays Daniel Henderson on the Emmy-nominated The Morning Show.

Collaborative Artists Bloc (CAB) brings dynamic and immersive performing arts experiences to communities of color. We explore cultural identity, promote social change, and build empathy to the full spectrum of our individual realities. We are dedicated to bringing together artists to collaborate and create content of human and artistic value for social change. Our goal is to create art that impacts and shapes the world around us.
